I have spent a phase in my life similar to George Clooney's character for movie 'Up in the Air'
It's all nostalgia now. However, the movie left an impression as deep in bone and flesh on me.
The philosophy and character of the protagonist grips us from the start.
The acting performance, facial expressions, all gestures delivered by Clooney are best to none.
Any other actor may not have done justice to the same role as he did.
All his active duration the protagonist kept working towards a goal. When the time comes to cherish his accomplishment , it did not feel the same taste as the process of attainment had him imagine .
Or by the time, it happened it was too late.
''Ah, All things come to those who wait,.... They come, but often come too late " Lady Mary M. Currie.
For me, there was one superb dialogue, among many, which hit the home run and summarizes it all.
" ...Make no mistake..moving is living.....Make no mistake .....your relationships are the heaviest components in your life ..."
Walter Kirn will know it better.
Next plan of action read.
