Few words to share !

So, this afternoon ,while we all were having lunch a special person I know, shared the fear of getting laid off.
When I heard it, I wanted to share something or change this phase of mind. But, my bad, at the nick of moment ,all I could do was to crack some weird jokes.

We all come under different dilemma or risky situations.

One thing I have learned the hard way in life is, what has to happen it will be happen one way or the other , no matter how much I try to run away from it.
But if I already admit something in my mind that it has happend or will happen , then I have already invited the bad circumstances to come and take over me.

The negative thoughts are here to drain our positive energy and leave us with no option to chose from .

There are a lot explanations for negative words and thoughts , in different ways they effect us. At this moment, I would like to quote Troy Stende , he once explained about how expressions and words we use about ourselves can effect us.

Below are the words he said :

"The other day, my 5 year old was having a hard time tying his shoe. He said, “I can’t do this, Dad!” With a smile I reminded him we don’t say, “I can’t.” Instead we say, “Help please.”

“Can’t” is a word that takes all your power away. It leaves you with no options and feeling defeated. If you must say “can’t” then add the word, “I can’t, yet” There’s hope in that; things can change and you can and will do it eventually.

Here’s a phrase I don’t allow myself to say; “I can’t afford it.” Again, it takes my power away and leaves me feeling hopeless. I feel defeated and my life revolves around scarcity and lack. I simply change that thought into, “I choose not to spend my money on that right now.” This still lets me feel a sense of abundance. As if I could buy that (or anything I want) if I really wanted to but I have different priorities at this moment. Whether it’s true or not, I feel more empowered.

Are you up for the challenge of eliminating, “I can’t” from your language? And don’t tell me you can’t! "

Following the same pattern, some lines for the special person. Don't allow yourself to say I might be the next on the list ". Instead , if things dont seem going the right way as they should, always asure yourself good things are going to happen soon on your way.
Your career is going to take an uplift shift.
In order to take a long jump, you always have to go backwards from the position where you are standing , and then come back with full force to reach your goal. Same is the case for career steps as well. People switch from one step to the other, and some steps can be both downwards and upwards.

If you are standing in front of a concrete wall , we as humans cannot see what is going behind it.May be there is door to the treasure behind the wall. But standing infront of it , we can just imagine and be afraid of being lost.

Similarly, how can these negative thoughts rob you out of your joy of having the best waiting for you in store ?

We all have our days , and we cannot control the situations going good or bad our way.
But the good news is we can always acknowledge and face the negative circumstances with positive attitude and good thoughts.

Another aspect negative thoughts brings with it , they drag alot of our brain's attention towards it.
If you ever notice , good times always fly away so quickly , however hard and tough times, takes a while to fade away, even if the duration of hard times is short lived. The reason being , we feel so stressed and give much attention to hard times rather than focussing our attention on positive things in life.

In short , I would say, We people plan something else but the one UP ABOVE HAS something else for us in plan. At least , we can console ourselves that everything is done for the best.

So always be anxious and positive whatever is coming your way , thats the spirit !
