This list includes various websites that can be used to gather information related to learning and development, including resources to help you build learning programs.

·         http://www.ted.com/ - This site includes a plethora of videos on the topics of technology, entertainment, and design.  Many of them are not only inspirational, but can provide content or follow-up content to learning programs just by sharing the link to the video.
·         http://talentmgt.com/ - This site includes the Talent Management magazine, as well as other valuable resources dedicated to Talent Management, which includes the Learning function.
·         http://www.trainingzone.co.uk/ - This site includes videos, articles, and other resources, including a place to ask training-related questions for others to answer.
·         http://www.cbsnews.com/moneywatch/ - This business site includes various news articles, videos, and podcasts which will help keep you savvy of what’s going on the business world.  It also has an easy to use search function which allows you to separate videos from articles.  I have used several of the short videos (for example: Leila’s House of Corrections) as training resources.
·         www.lynda.com – Learn software, creative, and business skills to achieve your personal and professional goals.
·         www.coursera.org Coursera is an education company that partners with the top universities and organizations in the world to offer MOOCs (massive open online courses) for anyone to take, for free.
·         www.doodle.comUse Doodle for easy event scheduling. You can propose several dates and times and the participants can indicate their availability online.
·         http://teamtreehouse.com/ - Gives guidance on iPhone, Android apps and starting a business website
·         www.ed2go.com/ - also has free classes available on an abundant list of topics

·         www.simile-widgets.org/timeline/ - With this widget, you can make beautiful interactive timelines that you can drag horizontally or by using your mouse-wheel.
·         www.quizlet.comQuizlet is a website providing learning tools for students, including flashcards, study and game modes.
·         www.wordle.netWordle lets you generate word clouds from test that you provide. You can tweak your clouds with different fonts, layouts, and color schemes. (Bethany is also familiar with this)
·         www.voki.com – Voki is a free service that allows you to create personalized speaking avatars and use them on your blog, profile, and in email messages.
·         www.proprofs.com/quiz-school/ - ProProfs is a free online quiz maker with powerful customizable features, which help instructors and teachers to create online tests, quizzes and exams for employees or students.
·         www.popplet.comPopplet creates visual representations, graphic organizers, and timelines. It can also be used for mind-mapping and presentations.
